I am 12 years old who really loves to act. I have little experience: i was in Charlotte’s Web (school play) and made a speech to the whole school (dont know if that counts as experiance). Next year i will be in 7th grade, where i will join plays and have 9-weeks of Drama. So, what are the steps of becoming an actor?

Also you’re a minor so everything you do will need to be monitored by your parents. They will have to submit you to agents because if you do it yourself, even if they’re interested they wont call because it’s illegal.
Oddly theatrical has some good point, like extra work, but you would do that before getting an agent, and just a few times to see what ebign on set is like. once youve joined sag it’s really harsd ot get work as an extra because only the first 8 extras per project need to be sag and non union is way cheaper.
